An Intensive Beauty Boot Camp Puts Participants Through the Paces of Loving Themselves From the Inside Out
What’s Within U, LLC, an international life coaching company announces the launch of an intensive program that is helping women of all ages to discover what internal beauty is and how it plays a role in overcoming low self esteem, body image issues, self deprecation, and lack of confidence in their selves and their abilities.
“Beauty truly is an inside job and when we can recognize that it’s not about the size of jeans you wear, how flawless your skin is, or how toned your body is, we open the door to so many potentials, particularly being able to see ourselves as confident, amazing women, ” said Pam Thomas, creator and certified life coach.
The Internal Beauty Boot Camp is comprised of an interactive e-workbook and a 10 session teleclass based on the following drills:
Each drill supports participants in amping up their self esteem, increasing their energy, creating tools for overcoming fear and self doubt, and most importantly seeing themselves as beautiful people.
I get goosebumps thinking about what this world would be like if everyone felt good about themselves. I know what it feels like to look in the mirror with total disdain and how that has an impact on the relationships we have, the work we do, and the opportunities we choose not to take because we dont feel good about ourselves, said Thomas.
Thomas has incorporated her own lifes experience, for example, growing up with an abusive parent which contributed to her own low self esteem, into this program so that each participant understands that they are not alone, nor are they inadequate because of how they feel. Each drill has been designed to increase awareness and provide useful tools to overcome the self abuse and low self esteem so that the end result is a person who feels good about who they are from the inside out.
My mission is to reach out to as many woman as possible, this program is about giving back and helping others overcome any hurt, self deprecation, fear, and pain that holds them back from embracing just how beautiful they are and knowing that they can do anything that they set their minds to. It’s about believing in one’s self once and for all, said Thomas.

Pam is a certified life, business development, and mentor coach whose passion is to help people find the assets and capabilities both within and around themselves to move forward, accomplish goals, overcome obstacles, defeat fears, and create opportunities.
